LOADING DOCK
A loading dock can be individually integrated, allowing maximum efficiency for logistical processes when loading and unloading lorries.
ELECTRIC ROLLER SHUTTERS
Electric roller shutters offer a convenient vehicle entrance and can be opened quickly by remote control. Windows can be integrated into the roller shutters. Single-panelled roller shutters are affordable and especially easy to repair. Twin-panelled roller shutters are produced with a PU core using the sandwich panel construction method and thus help to keep the warehouse well insulated throughout.
SANDWICH PANEL FACADE
A sandwich panel facade offers your warehouse the benefit of integrated PU core insulation and thus the opportunity to optimally insulate it and maintain the right temperature, allowing you to store more sensitive materials.
RAIN GUTTER SYSTEM
Tilted box rain gutters or conventional PVC rain gutters can be attached to the warehouse and additionally fitted with heating, thus enabling the run-off rainwater to be diverted in a controlled way.
THERMAL ROOF COVER
Roofing made from a twin-panelled, air-filled thermal roof cover creates the ideal climate, reducing heating costs and preventing condensation, while improving the snow-loading capacity and enabling work in daylight. It also offers little hold for snow and ice to accumulate. Efficiency tests on the insulating wall and roof construction have shown a reduction in energy consumption of approximately 54%.
CORRUGATED STEEL FACADE
A corrugated steel exterior offers secure, weather-resistant storage. It is especially suitable for storing goods that need a safe and dry place but are not temperature-sensitive.
DOOR SYSTEMS
Visually appealing? Purely functional? Your requirements will depend on where you want to install the door systems. Customer-facing areas and entrances may need a double door, and the smoking area a canopy. Outer walls may need fire doors, whereas indoor partition walls may need simple aluminium doors. You can design your warehouse as you see fit.
WINDOWS
You have the option of installing windows where needed. Allowing natural daylight into the warehouse significantly contributes to pleasant working conditions inside. Windows can be individually integrated into the walls – for example, tailored to your employees’ line of sight.
TARPAULIN SLIDING DOOR
A tarpaulin sliding door is the simplest way to close your warehouse. Alternatively, you can install a robust metal sliding door or – to optimise the flow of traffic and save energy – a PVC electric rapid-action door.
OPAQUE TARPAULIN
Opaque tarpaulin offers privacy from prying eyes and effective protection against strong sunlight, preventing the build-up of heat. In the summer, it keeps temperatures two to three degrees cooler than translucent covers can. Tarpaulin is flame-resistant, robust and dirt-proof and has self-cleaning properties thanks to its Teflon coating.
